Smaller Fixes

• Decreased rarity of hallucinations.
• Removed main menu "options warning" from all platforms except Linux and OSX.
• Save files now stored in "gamefiles" directory instead of application's parent directory.
• Removed temporary end screen.
• Implemented dynamic lighting globally rather than only underwater.
• Swapped tiling cave background texture for something more subtle.
